Building a chalet or house is an important step in a lifetime. Your project deserves a good thinking and professional advices. With our long experience in timber construction, we will assist you all along the completion of a home in which you will feel well.

Once your expectations have been defined our draughtsmen will start to bring your project to life, draw the plans for the planning permission along with the 3D plans. You will then be able to do a virtual tour of your future chalet.

The chalet will then be prepared in our workshops equipped with very modern production machines (computer controlled) for the preparation of the timber frame and interior of your future home.


Find the ideal plot

Should you already have your own plot, we will assist you in finding the best position for your future home taking into account the exposure, the gradient of the land and your own life style.

If you do not yet have a plot of land to build your chalet, our company has some plots which are available in our area being understood that the sale of these plots are linked to the construction of a chalet or house by our company.

Should you be looking for a precise area, we can also assist you as we have many contacts either with owners who want to sell their plot directly or with local estate agents.

ADMINISTRATIVE FORMALITIES

We handle all the paperwork for your construction project :

  • Geotechnical and thermic surveys
  • Preparation of the plans and adminstrative file and deposit of the request for planning permission
  • Follow-up of the administrative formalities

FOLLOW UP OF THE WORK ON SITE :
We monitor the various steps of the contruction and keep you regularly informed of the progress of work .

Our constructions are subject to the signature of a Contract of Construction of Individual House (CCMI - Contrat de Construction de Maisons Individuelles) and benefit from all the compulsory guarantees.
